Orlando Gay Days. Orlando Florida’s Gay Days Celebration is an unforgettable gay and lesbian vacation experience, comprised of multiple events staged at world-famous attractions, gay and lesbian clubs, and unique venues - creating a secure gay and lesbian atmosphere at Orlando's greatest theme parks and at multiple parties during this festive weekend. Gay Days began in 1991 as Gay Day in the Magic Kingdom, a designated day in June when the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered community is encouraged to "Wear Red and Be Seen" while having fun at the world’s most enchanting theme park – Disney World. From 3,000 attendees, this one-day park event has evolved into a week long, citywide celebration offering non-stop activities including multiple theme park visits, cocktail soirees, concerts, cruises, and internationally renowned parties. Central Florida’s largest gay pride celebration, Pride Orlando 2007 will illuminate Heritage Square Courtyard in Downtown Orlando with pride on October 11 – 14, 2007 at and promises to be spectacular. This spectacular, three-day gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered event will include incredible entertainment, live music, bands, shows, and a grand marketplace with retail, art information and food booths.
